I was watching the TV one day, when people where asked randomly on the street if it was easy for a common man to owe a house in Nigeria. I was amazed about the response of some people, that kept saying its not possible. Some gave sorry excuses.
Finally, the lady who spoke said it is possible if, you save little by little, this is where discipline comes in. Everyone want to start big, but sometimes it better to start small. By starting small you will build experience, stamina and discipline.
To wait for bigger fund is an excuse and waste of precious time. If you can't maximize 30,000 Naira salary definitely you wouldn't have the discipline to also maximize 300,000 salary.
