Saving money in bits towards acquiring a land is never easy, in the process of doing so, one can experience a minor setback. Setback are nothing more than delays or reverses on progress made. It’s not enough to discourage a determined person.
A determined person is someone who already knows the value of having a land, so no matter the setbacks there is always a comeback agenda for such individual. because to be determined is to be ready.
Why landownership plans fail?
Mentality
No matter how expensive a property is, if you think you can’t afford in your thought, you will indirectly shut down your thinking process on how to go about it. If see yourself buying it, you will get ideas on how to go about it.
Evil pattern
Your grandfather was a tenant and so was your own father and you see nothing wrong about the whole thing. Even when you do, it’s just too much of a stress to break out of that pattern. You enjoy your comfort zone.
Bad company
Making friends with non-achievers is bad company, most losers who can’t see themselves buying don’t want you to leave them behind, so they will discourage you and talk you out of it.
Fear of fraud
The fear of buying a fake land should not be a barrier to your change of level.
Under developed
Some part of Lagos was once a village, a village today will soon be a beautiful place. Instead, think of it as your little resort. Take a step while you can still afford it. Once it becomes what you want it to be you might not be able to afford it.
